Full Job Description:
Job Purpose:
The Safety Advisor will deliver Service Hospitality programs and services and support specific programs and projects within the organization. They will maintain client management, including the safety management systems, risk-based training, safety evaluations, consulting, delivery of training and presentations, analysis of information, and writing correspondence and reports.
Job Duties:

Champion the Service Hospitality vision, mission statement, mandate, values, strategic plan, operational plan, Board directives, CEO directives, COO directives, team norms, HR manual, and safety manual and work with all staff and managers to help Service Hospitality fulfill all its objectives and goals;

Manage client (employer or educational) relationships as assigned, which includes evaluations, consulting, researching, problem-solving, and providing training/education;

Contribute to sales of Service Hospitality’s programs and services with individual clients or groups of clients;

Act as a team member on any program development and support the ongoing review and assessment of all client programs and services to improve quality, timeliness, and overall customer experience;

Act as a team member on programs, projects, and initiatives; and

Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
-
A certificate or diploma from a post-secondary institution in Business, Childhood/Adult education, or a health and safety-related field, and at least three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

A CRST/CRSP designation or related is an asset

Demonstrated ability to deliver training and presentations
-
Professional business etiquette.

Familiar with technology and computer platforms.

Proven work experience in consulting, negotiations and/or sales is an asset.

Willing to travel, including overnight and some out of province.

Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle available.
