The Service Hospitality 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is on Thurs, March 23rd, from 9:00 – 10:00 am. Join us in person at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Conference Centre Regina, in the Swift Current room. Enjoy a continental breakfast and relevant industry presentations from the Occupational Health and Safety Division and the Saskatchewan Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) and participate in business transactions. Please note: Attendance in person is required to vote.
What is an AGM, and why should you attend?
An annual general meeting is a meeting of members (employers) under Service Hospitality, your safety association. Service Hospitality is funded equitably by all members as part of your WCB premium assessment.
During the AGM, members review the organization’s performance and discuss future strategies and business items from members like you. It is also an opportunity to discuss and approve the audited financial statements and ask questions.
The AGM is an avenue for meeting and reaching out to other members, meeting your Board and Service Hospitality’s executive team, and letting us know if you are receiving a return on investment from being a member.
How to Participate in the AGM
This is your meeting! Register today by sending your first and last name, organization, and any matters you would like discussed with the subject line “ATTN: AGM” to [email protected]. The deadline to register to attend our in-person session is Friday, March 3rd. You still attend virtually by clicking below. We look forward to seeing you there!

If you have a question or are unsure how to proceed during the AGM, raise your hand, wait for the Chair to recognize you, and then ask your question!
