Though stress isn’t a mental health problem, feeling stressed out for a long time can negatively impact our health and well-being and lead to burnout. Safety in Schools, a non-profit safety organization, offers online, curriculum-aligned, and industry-recognized workplace safety courses to Saskatchewan high school students.
Course Description:
Mental health affects everything in a person’s life, including relationships, success in school, and even physical health. Anxiety, stress and change are normal parts of life that everyone faces, but how individuals deal with them can greatly impact their mental health.
