With the ever-evolving news of COVID-19, our partners at Workplace Safety and Prevention Services (WSPS) and Dr. Bill Howatt have put together resources that provide clarity and generates conversations around your mental health when it comes to the novel Coronavirus.

As we all settle into the self-isolation period, ensuring we are taking care of our mental health should be a top priority. The spread of COVID-19 is rivaled by the spread of the information you are receiving, most of which is inaccurate or from untrustworthy sources. This can cause many to feel fear and anxiety around the unknown.
With these feelings in mind, WSPS has launched a Psychological Safety blog with Dr. Bill Howatt. This blog promotes mental health and the prevention of mental harm during this crisis. The blog shares articles, surveys, videos, and other tools that will assist you in these extraordinary circumstances.
Dr. Bill Howatt, Chief of Research in Workplace Productivity, has committed to offering daily videos with a focus on Mental Health to assist all employees and those at home during these stressful times. Check out these videos, along with other Free Resources here.

Take a few moments out of your day and join the conversation around COVID-19 and your mental health.
