Psychological Health & Safety for Hospitality: Level 2

Hospitality workers face immense pressure to satisfy customers, co-workers, and supervisors, with many reporting increased stress from their work. When workers feel safe discussing psychological health and safety challenges in the workplace, it encourages open dialogue between employees and employers and creates a supportive working environment that promotes positive well-being.

This course will cover:

  • How to support workers experiencing common mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, addictions, and harassment

  • Activities based on testimonials and case studies from individuals within the hospitality industry

  • Additional resources and community supports accessible to the hospitality industry

Recommended for:

  • Supervisors, Managers, Human Resources, or other leadership roles in the Hospitality industry
