Psychological Health and Safety Assessment

How prepared is your organization to facilitate a psychologically-safe workplace? 

The Conference Board of Canada’s Health and Safety Leadership Centre (HSLC) in partnership with Howatt HR are surveying professionals across Canada to better understand their organization’s current readiness to address psychological health and safety in the workplace.

HSLC supports the continuous improvement of healthy and safe workplaces through a regular meeting program and applied research. Your answers will only be reported in aggregate.

We’re inviting all Health and Safety professionals, Human Resources professionals, and professionals with expertise and experience in disability management, total rewards, or any other position with an opportunity to influence psychological safety in your organization.
