June 10, 2023, is the 3rd annual National Action Anxiety Day! The purpose of this day is to help raise awareness to understand anxiety disorders and how they impact the daily lives of those affected. Anxiety can also affect performance at work and school, relationships with family, coworkers, supervisors, friends, and teachers. Together we can help eliminate the stigma and raise awareness around anxiety and anxiety disorders by sharing real stories and through education.
Service Hospitality is here to help with that! We have Safety Advisors who are certified in Psychological Health and Safety. We offer:

Psychological Health and Safety for Hospitality Training. This course covers coping strategies and supports for common mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, addictions, and harassment. This course is meant to take participants out of their comfort zones. Once uncomfortable and vulnerable, participants can truly learn and grow!

Education on the 13 psychosocial risk factors, actions employers can take to prevent psychological health and safety in the workplace

Health and Safety Leadership Certification, with psychological health and safety in the workplace fully integrated throughout.

A Mental Health Best Practice Group to discuss best practices and implement positive change surrounding mental health, psychological health and safety in the workplace.
