Benefits of the Safety in Schools Teacher’s Dashboard

In partnership with Safety in Schools, a non-profit organization from Alberta, we offer FREE online safety courses for high school students! There are many courses offered to Saskatchewan teachers and students, all developed based on Saskatchewan legislation and Saskatchewan high school curriculum. The courses range from 30 minutes to 3 hours in length. Teachers can access students’ progress, grades and can download recorded grades. Students can also go back and review material, pause the course and take it at their own pace.

Safety in Schools has been on a mission to improve registering students in courses and tracking their progress. It is safe to say they have finally checked that box! It is now even easier to get started and navigate our virtual courses!

When an administrator or teacher registers for an account, they will have access to their teacher dashboard, where they can see their students/classrooms and filter through courses. In the teacher dashboard, teachers can;

• Manage students- add a new student, an entire class of students, edit student information, or send out emails individually or in bulk.
• Manage classroom- manage student groups, create new classes, and add or delete students.
• Enroll in courses- register/unregister students or groups.
• Reports- create custom progress reports and total mastered certificates for each course.
